- Jobsite safety meeting requirements, using L&I publication
F414-043-000 as a guide
- Employee discrimination protection as it relates to safety
issues, using L&I publication F414-188-000 as a guide
- Clarifications related to the hiring of independent
contractors in Washington State, using L&I publication F
101-063-000 as a guide
The overview of the WISHA rules will emphasize the following
areas: accident prevention, confined spaces, fall protection,
hazardous communication, lock out / tag out, personal protection
equipment, safety programs and worker compensation. In addition,
these emphasized items shall be augmented by video tapes (as
available) from L&I as follows: V0803, V0505, V0495, V0562, V0090,
V0370, V0356, V0186, V0399 and V0517.
